The contractor utilized two carts equipped with a pair of modified 15-OT Hilman Rollers utilizing Accu-Roll Guidance in a special configuration guiding the rollers along the central median of each support beam to launch the 45-ton pre-cast segments. An excellent example of Accu-Roll Guidance Systems effectiveness for repetitive movements, a total of 240 sections were launched quickly and efficiently using this method.
